BBTRS
BBTRS stands for BioDynamic Breath and Trauma Release System®. It’s a body-centered approach to healing trauma, stress, and emotional pain that works through the breath.
Developed by Giten Tonkov, this method combines conscious connected breathing with movement, sound, touch, emotional expression, and meditation to support deep healing and nervous system regulation.
BBTRS gently invites the body to release stored tension and trauma in a safe, supported way. Instead of talking through everything, we work directly with your body, where trauma is often held. This process allows your natural life force energy to flow more freely, bringing a greater sense of ease, connection, and aliveness.

A modern approach
Rooted in Somatic Therapy and Polyvagal Theory, I’ll guide you through a conscious connected breathing process. Together with felt sense somatic inquiry, we can get curious as to what the body has to say.
We go slow. We listen to your body’s pace.
This work isn’t about pushing—it’s about honoring. Together, we’ll gently release what’s been held, in small, digestible pieces, without overwhelming your system.
